We ship to all countries around the world, if our website shows no shipping quotes for your country, please kindly email us at sales@redtackle.com , we will assist you.

For Singapore Customers, you have more options. We can ship to you with normal mail without tracking, registered mail with tracking or you can do SELF COLLECTION

 

 

1. Singapore customers will receive their purchase through either registered post. It should take about 1-3 working days to reach you. The postman will deliver to your address, if there is no one at home. You can actually collect it later at the allocated Singpost which is usually the nearest to your house. Track your Singapore Registered Mail - www.Singpost.com

2. International customers will be using Singpost registered mail or TNT.

-   For Singpost Registered Mail, We would like to inform you that when the item arrived your country it will go through destination's customs and after clearance from there, it is your postal authority who does the further delivery of the item to you. If your postal service provides a door to door delivery service, the item will be delivered to your doorstep. Otherwise you will need to collect from your postal service.  If registered mail is used. Please check with your post office using the tracking number given. Tracking code is provided.

-   For TNT Courier Service, TNT ensures 100% door to door delivery regardless which country you are at. They promise to deliver within around 3 to 4 working days! AMAZING!

-    If your country is not stated in our system, please email us at sales@redtackle.com , we will assist you and upgrade our system accordingly.

3. REDTACKLE will shipped out your order depending on the sizes of your order from 1 to 3 working days. Bigger order will take a longer time due to packing and handling.

4. We will do our best to deliver out your purchase as soon as possible. We understand you are excited to receive your purchase.

5. ALWAYS REMEMBER, THE MORE YOU BUY THE BETTER THE SHIPPING RATE, FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER OTHER THAN SINGAPORE. SHIPPING IS BY EVERY 500GRAMS

6. Self collection is only avaliable in Singapore, more information will be provided when you checkout.

7. Singapore customers can request for non registered mail. However there will be NO TRACKING NUMBER.

8. To find out what is the shipping fee. Just add the item you will like to order and click CART and you will find a shipping calculator at the bottom left of the site. Shipping calculator is unable to determine shipping price if there is no item in cart and therefore the shipping calculator will not appear if cart is empty.

9. All prices are in SGD, Singapore Dollars.
