Shipping & Orders
1. Singapore customers will received their purchase through either registered or non registered post. Please take note that there is NO tracking for non registered post. Track your Singapore Registered Mail
2. International customers will be using EMS. Tracking code is provided. Track your EMS Shipping
3. REDTACKLE will shipped out your order depending on the sizes of your order from 1 to 3 working days. Bigger order will take a longer time due to packing and handling.
4. We will do our best to deliver out your purchase as soon as possible. We understand you are excited to receive your purchase.
5. Singapore customers can request for non registered mail. However there will be NO TRACKING NUMBER. We will refund you accordingly if you request for non registered mail. Please email sales@redtackle.com to request.
